Every time your project makes money, we automatically split it with all the participants of your project. We guarantee transparency so that all members of your team, who may be spread out globally, can trust that they will be fairly compensated for their work.
Move Cash To Your Personal Account
Whenever you want, you can withdraw the money available in your account, FairSoftware transfers it to your personal PayPal account.
It's that simple. All you need is a PayPal account, no matter where you live.
International and Taxes
Each project member is treated as an independent contractor of FairSoftware, Inc. At the end of the year, we follow the US tax code and issue 1099-MISC tax forms if appropriate. You do not have to compensate any member yourself, FairSoftware does that automatically for you, so HR is basically one less thing to worry about. You receive payments from us and you pay your taxes, that's it.
